Below are our contracted group room rates.
Please note if you are comparing Casa de Campo’s direct, online rates to our group rates, they do not have the same inclusions. Casa de Campo’s online rates DO NOT include the All Inclusive package, and our rates do include it. (Please see below for all inclusions in this package!). The online rates are for room only. Our rates are much, much lower when considering this.
Please Note - Since this is an all inclusive resort, all guests coming to the resort - regardless of age - MUST BE LISTED ON THE ROOM RESERVATION. If anyone is left off, when you arrive at the resort you will have to pay the current rate (they will not give you the group rate) or possibly purchase a second room if the additional guest puts you over the room occupancy. If the resort is sold out and is at their max resort occupancy level, it is possible the additional guests will not be permitted on the property at all.

There is a 3 night minimum for all stays at Casa de Campo, and please note that Casa de Campo does NOT allow guests staying outside of the room block to attend the wedding events. This includes 3rd party bookings that are on-site (Casa de Campo private rentals via Airbnb, Expedia, etc.), or anyone staying off-site.
All guests must be booked within the room block - if you book outside of the room block you will not be permitted to attend the wedding events. Please note that these are resort policies, not our own Agency policies, and they will be strictly enforced when you are on property.
We are always happy to chat with you about this, answer any questions, and give you the options to make this as affordable as possible for you! You are also able to make interest free payment plans towards your room however you would like, up until the final payment date.

3 Adults in one room, Per Night: $1053
4 Adults in one room, Per Night: $1320
Children Ages 4-12 - $154 per night, per child (when staying with 2 paying adults)
Children 3 + Under - Free (when staying with 2 paying adults)

2 Adults in one room, Per Night: $820
3 Adults in one room, Per Night: $1089
