The Elysian Package includes all services from the Bliss, Paradise, and Eden Packages, in addition to the following:

Full Service Planning Includes the following:

– Unlimited zoom planning sessions from initial contact until day of wedding

– Assistance with wedding budget and keeping track of wedding planner form with on-site coordinators as planning progresses

– Support in the vendor selection process if clients choose off-site vendors

– Assistance with managing vendor relations by helping with appointments and reviewing contracts

– DW Specialists will work with you on Event Design to bring your vision to life

– Creating etiquette guidelines with clients and distributing this to guests

– DW Specialists will create a customized wedding timeline and itinerary for the week, and include these in welcome bags for guests

– Customized welcome bags with full size Here and Away Travel logo on one side will be provided for guests, 1 per room, by your DW Specialists. Clients can choose design on other side of welcome bags, which DW Specialists will assist with.

DW Specialists will arrive to the resort two days prior to your wedding and leave the day after your wedding (3 nights total, additional days can be added at a per diem rate).

Your DW Specialists will have a desk set up specifically for your group at peak check in dates/times and greet your guests, hand out your welcome bags, and go over resort and wedding information with guests at that time.

DW Specialists will be there to assist the wedding couple with all of their reservations and appointments, and arrange any additional activities you would like to have set up.
