Destination Wedding Specialists will liaise between the clients and the resort, assisting with basic wedding planning to make

the planning process as easy and stress free as it can be.

DW Specialist Roles Also Include:

Initial planning call with clients

Creating a wedding planning checklist

Creating a day-of wedding timeline

Recommending vendors, as needed

Helping with seating chart / wedding reception layout

DW Specialists will coordinate wedding planning call 3 months prior to wedding with clients and on-site wedding team to review

wedding planner, budget, and finalize details.

DW Specialists will coordinate wedding planning call 1 month prior to wedding with clients and on-site wedding team to review final

details and go over all aspects of wedding and set up on-site meetings during the wedding week.
